Ashley Handcock, Kelly Howie Team at RE/MAX Advantage

Born and raised in the Black Hills, Ashley has a passion for real estate and building relationships. Her early experience working in the family auto tint business taught her the value of customer service. And – as the middle child of three – she learned the value of family, and a good sense of humor. She took those lessons and her tireless work ethic to college, earning a degree in Business Management and Marketing in addition to a certificate in bookkeeping.  Her background forged a foundation for a career in real estate; first as an Escrow Assistant at First American Title for 6 years and then as a Closing Specialist at Farm Credit Services of America for nearly 8 years.

Ashley has already established herself as a top agent in the Rapid City area real estate market. She was presented the Black Hills Association of Realtors Rising Star Award in 2022 and is currently serving as a member of the association Board of Directors, and multiple committees.  Ashley has earned numerous designations/Certifications including ABR, C2EX, e-PRO, PSA, and SRS to further her ability to best serve her clients. She also spends time volunteering in our community with Meals on Wheels, Junior Achievement, and REALTORS® Are Good Neighbors to name a few. When not working or volunteering, you can find Ashley spending time with her family.
